What to expect on Hot Flash

Some women may have a premonition of an impending hot flash which could be felt as pressure in head, a tingling sensation, a nausea, or anxiety. The sensation of the heat may also be widespread. Increase in heart rate.

Following a flash, the body temperature drops and many women experience some chill. And take note that blood pressure doesn’t change at that time.

Hot flashes are the rushes of heat primarily to the head and to the neck region occurring blood vessels near the facade of the skin dilate.
