Some of the common diets tips must be kept in mind during a colon cleanse routine. Foods that are rich in fibers when following a colon cleansing routine is recommended. Portions of fresh fruits and vegetables are perfect and various nuts to keep your energy level up.
It is important to stay away from non-fiber foods because this can slow down the results in doing a colon cleansing program. Examples of non-fiber foods are hamburgers, noodles, deep fried foods like chips, junk and fatty foods, sausages, pepperoni, pork, red meat, bacon, canned or processed foods and a lot more.
In addition, avoid drinking any liquids that will dehydrate your system because this can have an adverse effect on your colon cleansing program. Stay away from all kinds of alcohol, coffee, fizzy drinks and sodas etc.
